In da 19th century, when britishers entered da ANDAMAN nd NICOBAR ISLANDS dey discoverd abt 10 tribes in dat area....These islands r presnt in mycuntry,India...in those tyms each tribe had a language of its own...their population WAS 5000.At present only 5oppl r alive...they had 4diffrnt languages...Durng da past 3munths 2ppl were dead nd wd dem 2languages 2were dead toooo for dey were da last ppl who knew 2 of da languages.....
Boro was da last persn 2hav knlown da language "Bo".and Boyaa was da last prsn 2 hav known da language "Khora"..both of dem were dead.....

That's sad news. The Smithsonian has a cultural history branch that travels the world recording oral histories, trying to save cultures and languages from disappearing. So much of the academic world focuses on decoding long-lost languages...maybe we should spend more time trying to save what we have.
